Order Processing Time
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we at uPerch can not guaranty an exact processing time but rather an estimated. The processing times on all orders will be between 1 – 5 working days once payment has been received.
Shipping Information
1.) What is the cost of shipping?
a.) All orders will be charged a flat delivery fee of R89.
2.) How long will my delivery take?
a.) This will be based on your location in South Africa:
a.1.) City Centers: Within 3 – 5 working days after payment has been received and your order has been processed successfully.
a.2.)Outlying areas: Withing 6 – 8 working days after payment has been received and your order has been processed successfully .
3.) I live on a farm or plot. Will the courier deliver to me?
a.) No, unfortunately the couriers can not deliver to a farm or plot. You will need to provide us with an address in town.
4.) Can you deliver to a PO Box number?
a.) No, the couriers can not deliver your order to a PO Box. You will need to provide a residential address or office address.
